Terms of Service

Abuloy Direct is a platform that helps families raise funds for funeral expenses. By creating a campaign or donating you agree to these terms.

Who you are dealing with

Abuloy Direct is operated by City Chapels Inc., which also issues the service invoice a campaign pays down and whose payment account receives your money.

Campaigns

Organizers must be authorized family members and must submit truthful information and genuine verification documents. Campaigns become public only after review. Fraudulent campaigns are removed and may be reported to authorities.

Donations and fees

Donations are voluntary gifts to the named fund destination, not purchases. Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider are shown before payment and are deducted from settlement; optional platform contributions are never preselected. Campaign totals include only confirmed payments.

Settlement

Donations are paid into City Chapels Inc.'s own account and applied against the family's service invoice. Settlement timing follows the payment provider's schedule; the platform does not claim funds are settled until the provider confirms.

Independence

Abuloy Direct is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, GCash (G-Xchange, Inc.), Mynt, or Meta/Facebook. Facebook is used only as a sharing channel chosen by users.
