Refund Policy
Donations are gifts and are generally non-refundable. Refunds are processed in these situations: duplicate payments, payments made in error, or campaigns removed for fraud before settlement.
How refunds work
Refunds are issued by City Chapels Inc., which holds the funds, and are executed by the payment provider back to the original payment method. A donation is marked refunded — and the campaign total adjusted — only after the provider confirms the refund. Provider processing fees may be non-recoverable depending on the provider's policy.
